This is a simple and friendly book for kids in middle school. I'd give it 5 stars since the target audience is preteens or kids who go through a tough time making new friends. It somehow still applies to us all since it teaches not to lie just to impress others. It only has 32 pages, perfect for kids and preteens! Maybe even perfect for bedtime stories!

I am reviewing a copy of New School, New Me through West 44 Books and Netgalley:
Dani is eleven her parents have just separated and she finds herself having to move to a new town and has to attend a new school.
Dani now lives with her Grandparents who are grumpy since she and her Mom moved in. She pretends that she was in a drama club at her old school and attracts new cool friends but can she keep up with the lies? Or will her secrets be revealed?
I give New School, New Me five out of five stars!
Happy Reading
This was an adorable easy read! It shows young people how to adjust to new schools and that making friends isn’t too hard. The character in this book was adorable and I loved reading the book
This book was quite sweet and teaches a strong moral. It would be great for kids 11 and under and had quite a cute plot! Considering, the age range it is aimed at, I think this is a pretty good book and would be fun and interesting for kids to read! I was initially quite surprised that it was only 32 pages but i think the story is told quite well despite the length- it was short for me but I think it would be ideal for younger kids! The story isn't too unique but the way it was told made it quite fun. Enjoyable if you enjoy books in the form of a diary!
