About the Author:
Laura Charanza is a two-time survivor of narcissistic abuse. After four decades of pain and self-doubt caused by loving narcissists in her life, she understands why abuse victims feel unworthy, unlovable, and intrinsically broken. Charanza grew up with a narcissistic parent, then married a narcissist and stayed with him for many years. After she left her marriage, she started her path to healing and becoming the woman God designed her to be, working with psychologists, physicians, spiritual healers and life coaches. Charanza is a former television news journalist who covered breaking news for CBS and ABC affiliates across the United States. She also did occasional live reports for CNN, and some of her work was broadcast on BBC. Charanza has now dedicated her career to helping sick children. She's an award-winning medical sales representative who works with pediatric hospitals and patients suffering from rare liver diseases. She lives in the Dallas, Texas area with her son and two rambunctious labradoodles.

Wow! A must read for anyone who has been or is in an abusive toxic relationship, or anyone who has a loved friend or family member in one.
It opens your eyes to many things and a lot of behavior that we shouldn't be okay with.
Must read!!
This is definitely a book that every person who has been in an abusive relationship should read. It is filled with good advice and help on how to take your life back after toxic relationships. It is also told from the point of view of a survivor who is very relatable. I highly recommend this book.
