Description
Dylan is a regular guy, but he just can't seem to get ahead in life. All of this changes when Dylan has an experience that he knows you won't believe.
When Dylan moves to San Francisco to get away from his claustrophobic upbringing, he is full of hope that his work ethic and enthusiasm will pay off. He receives an opportunity to start his own business when he meets a wealthy woman with the same desire for synthetic opiates as he has.
In exchange for pharmaceuticals and peculiar favors, she helps Dylan build his personal training business.
Dylan's life begins to change. He becomes the man he feels he should be. But he becomes wary of his good fortune as he has an unsettling sensation that all of his success was prophesied in a dream he once had.
As Dylan delves into his memory of the dream, he becomes increasingly paranoid and anxious about what is real, his own doing, and what has manifested in his life as a result of the choices he made in the dream. To find the answers Dylan turns to people he barely knows and puts his total trust into their insights.
A lot of what you read in this book is based on the authors own experiences with psychosis. Much is based on actual events. Much of it you may not believe.
What happens to Dylan will surprise you and delight you too.
