Effortlessly leading the reader through the most important part of life, the present moment, the book begins with slowing down—allowing the reader to ponder on their current life. Continuing to transform the reader through self-reflection and self-recollection, one will find pleasant ease in knowing themselves fully. The foundation of each individual will be thoroughly explored and mended—as the goal is to be your best prior to being the best for others. As the first of a trilogy, the book ends with the start of applying your influence on others.
A Note From the Publisher

"One of the things that I liked about the book is its inclusion of the author’s personal stories. Not only do they contain invaluable lessons but they also helped me remember the author’s advice even after I had completed the book. Some of the accounts are quite hilarious and for a non-fiction book, this was an added bonus. Through the stories, I was able to grasp the messages being put across by the author and easily relate with the characters in the book. Another great feature of the book is that it covers different spheres of a person’s life. Smith shares his experiences as a father and a husband that were learning points in his life. The book is also well organized and edited. The accounts are brief and to the point. Most importantly, the author acknowledges that there are various paths towards success and each person is different and unique. Individual Advantages is appropriate for readers who wish to develop their own unique abilities and personal strengths while working on their weaknesses so as to benefit their teams."--OnlineBookClub.org
About the Authors:
Dr. Brian Smith has a PhD in organizational psychology, a master's degree in management information systems, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt Consultant. Brian has been helping business owners and managers since 1988. His company, IA Business Advisors (a DBA of Individual Advantages), has helped over eighteen thousand clients since 1996. His client base has always varied, ranging from large companies like Boeing Aircraft and Harrah’s Entertainment, to small, local businesses. When the Great Recession hit in 2008, IA began to work with businesses in trouble due to the economic decline who struggled to afford consulting services. Recognizing this, Dr. Smith began offering on demand virtual consulting services, in which businesses hindered by a strained economic environment and a restricted budget could consult with their company on an unlimited basis for a low fixed monthly fee. Today, Brian’s team at IA continues to provide both virtual and onsite consulting services to more than 1,300 active clients worldwide. To learn more, please visit www.iabusinessadvisors.com
