About the Author:
Author and new mom Jillian Aversa is an award-winning vocalist, composer, and YouTube artist whose shimmering voice has appeared in a medley of projects - from video games, film, and hit dance singles to her original New Age/World solo albums. She draws musical inspiration from the beauty and grandeur of nature.
Jillian's inspiration for writing Your Light came from her journey into new motherhood. She wanted to do something special for her daughter - and with her musical background, writing a lullaby was a natural fit. But to make the tribute more interactive, she decided that turning the text into lyrics for a storybook would create something they could share together for many years to come.

I am always on a quest for a perfect bedtime book or a lullaby.
Your Light is a lovely story of a little rabbit and his Mum with beautiful watercolour illustrations and a gentle and soothing lullaby song. Mummy Rabbit is tucking her little baby in, while he is dreaming of a shooting star and following it to its landing place, picking it and bringing it home in a glass jar. His Mum’s love will always be there no matter how far he chooses to go to follow his dreams.
You really need to listen to the song in order to appreciate this book. The melody is soft and sweet and is sure to have a calming effect on your little one. The artwork is gorgeous. You can see straightaway the authors of the book poured their soul into this story.

It was so beautiful; the story, the illustrations, the lullaby. And it's self-published! Your Light would have been a favorite of mine as a child. I have always loved bedtime storybooks the most. I will most definitely be purchasing a copy for myself. 💕💫
