This is my second Okawa book.
What I liked most is his ability to simplify things for a common reader who reads to learn with least stress on mind; to decipher teachings.
.
.

There is no undercurrent or hidden meaning but useful practical tips.
.

Title of book might indicate it is about influencing others behaviour by persuasion but it is much more than that.
.
Its main scaffold is company.
How employer should deal with employees;
what should be done during recession;
qualities of a leader;
conduct of an employee;
and how work life balance is a difficult pursuit.
.
.
There are few pages on dynamics of geopolitics of present time and near future.
Role of Japan in Asia and world is depicted.
Nice to find mention of India also with emphasis on following progressive path.
.
.
Also wide range of topics including arrogance, religion, altruism, inferiority complex and many more are covered in lucid and practical prose.
.
Nice books for wisdom seekers.
.
