A delightful story is full of love, mystery friendship, and a little deceit. When Ariana is told she is to marry a man she has never met she begins plans to foil it and if her plan fails she will not meet him until she gets to the altar. Alexander is not very happy with the marriage his father has contracted and insist he will only marry for love. Meanwhile, undercurrents are running rampant amongst their closest family friends it seems more than one person has marring on the mind. While all this is going on the storm chasers, a group of young men trying to find a way to predict the weather catch the ear of Prinny who wants to know more. That is just some of the fun read to enjoy it all.

This book was a bit confusing at first. There were many different characters introduced at the beginning that I wasn't exactly sure who the main characters were. I almost gave up on it. However, once I got into the book it all became clear. This was a nice story with a satisfying ending.
Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher and the author for this ARC.

This is a regency romance at its finest. So if you love that, then this is the book for you! I found a lot of this interesting and definitely learned a lot about earls and dukes and estates.

An interesting extra in the story, the storm chasers, makes for a nice change in regency romance change the formula up a little. I was not completely sure about the science described also I was not aware the UK had big storms? There is a nice twist at the end of the tale though that is not revealed or even hinted at until later. I only had one or two issues that stopped this being a great book. One the heroine was a little too independent and bold to be believable in the era, it could have been toned down a little and she would still have stood out as bold and different. Then secondly the names of the families and antagonists were too similar to keep straight at first, which created some confusion.

Whether I would buy this book would depend on the price.
