How do you catch a murderer when your suspects own the law?

Superintendent Rex Harme's job is to protect the super-rich from pirates and anarchists. It's not his job to investigate them. I received an ARC from NetGalley and the publisher for an honest review.
Great twisty little mystery. Although short it was pack full of action. I loved Harme's character and would love to read more about him. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was too short.
