Welcome to the wonderful and exciting world of Claymont Farms, home of Champ, The Wonder Horse.

Champ is a strong and extremely handsome chestnut stallion, adorned with a bold white blaze from his forehead to the tip of his velvet nose. His multiple and astounding talents include his primary occupation as a showjumping horse, where he has become world-renowned.

Champ has just arrived home from the showjumping circuit and is about to become reacquainted with Candace, the lovely and intelligent young niece of Lily and Charles Claymont, owners of this fabulous 200-acre horse breeding ranch.

Candace has been a fixture on the ranch since childhood, visiting often from her home in Pittsburgh. She is currently enrolled in a local college in this central Kentucky town and is preparing her doctorate thesis with the controversial subject of Interspecies Communication.

She has been recently named as Champ’s handler and is completely unaware of the revelations and enormous challenges she will face in her new position. When she learns that Champ has a very special talent, she wonders if she can keep it under wraps before the outside world discovers it. She knew she would have to protect Champ from a lifetime of torment if his secret was revealed. Because of her great love for Champ, she vowed to take his secret to the grave.
