The book achieves the impossible. It captures the mundane lack of manners across the spectrum of social situations. Several face palming moments. She is a soul sister to those who refuse to give up manners. I once witnessed a colleague brushing her hair and leaving a pile on the spotless floor. She said the cleaners would clean it up. We were in the powder room of a luxury hotel. I picked up the hair and dropped it in the bin before the attendant came in. Clearly, self-evaluation on etiquette IQ is required. The title is misleading or perhaps I missed something - it is not clear how the title relates to the content.
