I like spunky heroines and Kate Morely is one. Lynn Shurr's The Greatest Prize built her story around the competition between the Duke of Bellevue's second son, Joshua and Kate Morely. Each decides that this year they will win the heart of the most eligible single person available. Both Joshua and Kate are delightful and desirable and clever. Lynn Shurr introduces danger and tension into the light-hearted competition. The Greatest Prize is pleasant entertainment.
