Paul Lloyd was once a professional criminal and addict for ten years until he became a Christian in 1995 and turned his life around. He was ordained as a minister in Victory Outreach International in 2000, rising to senior pastor of Victory Outreach Manchester in 2003. He is also an international conference speaker.
