Quite an engaging story with some interesting background about life in the ancient world. Very readable. I hope the final version will have fewer spelling and grammatical errors.

A captivating mystery set in gladiator times. Solon of Pergamon a physician tries to solve the murder of his friend and former teacher, Diodotus of Miletus. Cadmus also a student of Diodotus is falsely accused of committing the murder. A. P. McGrath in 'The Mystery of Healing' portrays life in gladiator times while weaving a complex mystery. Not wanting to spoil the secrets of this mystery I am incline to say no more. Read this book you will be pleasantly surprised. This book was given to me by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
