This book had me giggling all the way thru to a great ending that came all to soon. The characters are developed in a way that supports the insane world of conspiracy theorists laid bare. The plot is drawn from our current culture of Internet absurdity. While there are references to current players and events it should hold up well for future readers. The world building is simply a mirror of our world held up in our faces. The story itself is glued together with some really funny satirical adhesive. But it doesn’t take a lot of any of these ingredients to make a great hilarious story because we are living it daily. The true genius is that the author takes our world which is already ridiculous and turns it into a great story. I recommend this book to one and all especially to those walking around with a stick up their you know what. Just reading this book made me feel less cognitive dissonance and more satirically balanced. It has also lowered my blood pressure. YMMV

I received this ARC from Netgalley in return for an honest review. First of all, let me say, I love a good Sci-Fi, Thriller, Action, Comedy. And this book has it all.. Simon Carr does a great job of rolling up almost all our conspiracy theories and bundling them into one big mockery of the human race. Excellent reading that had me laughing almost nonstop for the entire work. But it does make you think, who is running the show? #Sheeple #NetGalley

Sheeple by Simon Carr was received directly from the publisher and I chose to review it. Reading the description of this book, I was torn between reading it or not. I mean is it going to be another "woke" POS or not? I chose to read it and it was not what I was afraid of. It was more along the lines of making fun of everyone, which I can agree to. As always, I will not go into the book plot, what there is of one, but if you, or someone you buy gifts for likes books that make you laugh and makes fun of everyone, give this book a read.
