Thank you to NetGalley for providing this book in return for an honest review. This was my first book by Tess Stimson and I loved it!! As a parent, I was quickly drawn in to this story and hooked. I had to keep reading to find out what was going to happen. This book was a wild ride with many twists and turns. It was well written and fast paced. Just when you think you have the story figured out something else happens. You will not be disappointed with this book!!

I’m a fan of twisty thrillers, and this is a good one! I really could not have predicted the ending. Both Alex and Quinn were interesting characters, flaws and all. Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

You would have thought she was safe. You are wrong. Alex’s daughter has been missing for over two years.
Fantastic book. I couldn’t put it down. Many characters, some evil, but most of them good. Well-written. I was very surprised by the ending. I recommend this book.

What did I just read!?! This book had my emotions - and my heart rate - all over the place! The way it was written was addicting - short chapters all ending in cliffhangers. Brilliant. It kept me wanting to read. I never wanted to stop. I can honestly say I never saw the ending coming - though I'm not totally sure if I love the ending or not. I also did not care for some of the minor elements that were added, that really weren't necessary for the story. I felt some of it was too political to be enjoyed. However, this book was more than addicting and I can't wait to read more by Tess Stimson!
