For women who would love to meet their soulmate, professional matchmakers Zimmer and Goldfarb have provided a helpful, well-researched guide to dating in today's world. They first establish three ground rules to get ladies started and give tips on knowing if one is really ready to date and enter a new relationship when it's right.

The book has eleven chapters covering topics such as meeting men, warming up to dating, matchmaking secrets, and preparing for a date. Safety tips are emphasized. It's very helpful that the authors included suggestions on self-esteem, self-respect, comfort zones, and moving from the past to the present. The very important component of communication is covered.

Zimmer and Goldberg have done a good job of using their matchmaking skills with this insightful guide to help women as they navigate their dating journeys with the hope of finding love.

This was an insightful guidebook from two matchmakers about dating in current times. It did very much feel like it was skewed toward middle-aged women/women going through a divorce or second marriage.
