The artwork is colorful and vibrant, so I loved seeing what type of scene each new page would bring. The story itself really resonated with me, as someone who tried out several different paths in life before really figuring out what fulfills me and what I'm meant to do. The theme of "being independent and still caring for others" is a spot-on summation of some of my struggles as an ambitious female. We're always trying to strike that balance between individualism and community, and I think this book shows young girls that you can have both! I'm thirty-five years old and I needed the inspirational reminder.

Thank you, Girl Friday Books, for the advance reading copy.
This is such an adorable book. It feels like I was reading one of those short fables and brought back childhood memories.
A family with four kids, three brothers and a sister. They have to part ways to find their dreams. Each brother has got a definite dream and their purpose but our girl Millie is determined yet she doesn't have a definite dream to accomplish. But well, she does find one which helps her three brothers from danger.
Quite imaginative and fun to read together, a good storybook with fun, colourful illustrations.

I love this book. Millie and her brothers were lovely characters. And this book will let children know that no skill, talent or ambition should be tagged as small. Every skill or ambition is useful.
