Especially when it’s heartfelt and inspiring from the heart then I get productive ideas to write inspirational books or songs. I find hobbies like watching videos make me more productive than playing video games. Certain heartfelt movies have inspired me to treat other creatures beautifully including women, children and animals. I explain how balance is so crucial to a fulfilling life. A lack of balance can undermine your ability to succeed. There’s always different areas in your life that you must manage. We need to improve our time management skills and increase your productivity however. You’ll hear more about why it’s so important to take care of yourself physically and mentally. These skills are absolutely imperative to leading the best possible life, and they will help adjust to all of life’s greatest challenges without anxiety or stress. when you become more balanced, you improve your versatility, you feel more confident, and you can finally become the person you were always meant to be. It’s always good to find time for side projects, chores and other house hold tasks. So your home can be a nice clean impression to others especially a love interest. I enjoy doing household tasks when I’m in an entergetic mood while listening to inspirational music. If you are dealing with stress at home it’s always good to find a way to push back against it. Physical fitness is always a good way to get energized and healthy just like eating better to feel better. When you get moving, stay creative and productive I love the releif of not being lazy. When it comes to asking for assistance my mom would always say that if you need help just ask.

In chapter 3 I start talking about using the benefits of using versatility to your advantage. Plus what holds us back from trying new things like the fear of failure. Now I feel too confident to be scared of certain creatures and things. Intrinsic motivation is one way to cultivate versatility when you put your self out there and when you interrupt negative thinking patterns.

In chapter 4 I start talking about separating the personal from the professional. why boundaries are important and one main reason is you can’t let people walk over you and treat you how they want. you can create boundaries by speaking your mind and how you feel. You can always speak to your boss, eliminate distractions and stick to a schedule.

Chapter 5 establishing priorities. Importance verses urgency. There are times you have to decide something quick with desiciveness. When it comes to deleting it’s important to know when to delete someone out of your life especially if they are only dragging you down, slowing you down and hindering your purpose and greatness with their negativity.

Chapter 6 will deal more with self-care & the common misconceptions of self care. You’ll also learn more about physical health management.

Wait until you read more about ways of nurturing an adaptable attitude in chapter 7. So you can prepare yourself for challenges up ahead. Remain persistent especially if you have a lot to live for because you have a deep purpose on your life while being destined for greatness Most importantly it’s about finding the time and place for everything you need to accomplish in your life.
