Eunjo who takes over her parents laundry shop after failing at her business begins to follow minor cases that are suspicious in the neighbourhood and turns over a new leaf as a rookie detective.

"Eunjo who used to be called the laundry shop daughter moved from Yeosu to Seoul to pursue her dream as a fashion designer. One day, one semester ahead of graduation, her university is designated as ""substandard."" She has suddenly become a student of a closed-down school, without any work experience. No company would want to hire her. While looking at her bank account to dry out, she decides to move back to Yeosu when she hears her parents are retiring and will hand down the laundry shop to her.

Now the laundry shop owner, Eunjo faces numerous hurdles. The laundry shop is sandwiched between unit 1 of the successfully renovated apartment and the indefinitely postponed unit 2 apartment that had been built 40 years ago, which feels stuffy for her. She is also sick of villagers who ignore her break times. She keeps deciding to escape back to Seoul to debut as a designer as soon as her parents return, but she is scared that she will simply settle for life like this. That is when she begins to notice things that catch her attention. They're suspicious things that remind her of an uncomfortable past that had been buried within, and someone she missed dearly. She wants to avoid these thoughts, but she steps foot in the case. This time she will make sure they won't get away so easy.
