Well written with a compelling storyline and well developed characters. A gripping story that had good pacing and twists and unpredictability. Definitely worth reading.

I like the way the author incorporated covid into the book, I usually want to stay away from that subject but the way the author did it was just a tiny bit, and I liked that! I will definitely recommend reading this book as it was well worth reading! The storyline was very interesting and kept me glued to my kindle! Laura might think that life is sweet, but terror and tragedy are coming. She will have to face up to the awful impossible reality of her daughter’s abduction. When the police seem to be getting nowhere, something else is needed. But what? The first half I found slow, the pace picked up in the 2nd half. It ended stronger.
