Description

Gage runs the L’Griffe, AKA the dragon shifter mafia on Earth. Since the human realm has no supernatural police, the L’Griffe do more than loan money or sell contraband. When it comes to dragon shifters, the L’Griffe are the law. And Gage isn’t the only sheriff in town, either. Other secret groups have their own gangs, including ghouls, demons, and everything in between. It’s an awkward balance, but it works.

Until the demons consolidate into the Horde. This alliance plans to take over Earth, and that’s just for starters.

Now Gage must build his own connections to fight this new threat. Fortunately, Gage’s true love, Huntress, comes from a family of superhuman warriors. All of them agree to team up and put down the Horde. Success seems just around the corner.

Then the truth becomes clear.

Thanks to magical cloning, the Horde is led by an old enemy of Huntress’ family—one that everyone thought had been destroyed forever. Now their archnemesis is back and more powerful than anyone could have imagined.

Looks like defeating these demons may also destroy Gage, Huntress, and everyone they love.

Don’t miss the exciting conclusion to the Angelbound Offspring Series!

So I've been enjoying the Angelbound Offspring series, I've been invested with Huntress, Kaps, Gage, Zinnia and the rest of the cast. I'm glad I was able to read this book and go on this final adventure with this crew. The ending was so beautifully done and made me tear up, when I got the e-mail to read this I started as soon as I could. It was such a well done read and I'm both happy and sad it's over. I can't wait for the next journey from Ms, Bauer as I'll continue to read anything she writes.

If you're a fan of fantasy, romance and dragon shifters this is the series for you. Ms. Bauer also has a great fairy tale series called Fairy Tales of the Magicorum and that was how I found out about her. The book itself had beautifully done pictures in the book.

Gage is a great wrap up to the “Angelbound: Offspring” series. It’s going to be hard not to give anything away, BUT Christina Bauer warns readers ahead of time that this is not a standalone book. Bauer recommends reading the previous books as many characters make appearances as this is a battle that requires everyone on deck.

Gage is an origin story, but the funny thing is…it’s not Gage’s. It is all about Huntress and where she came from and the battle that needs to be fought for true love and freedom for all glass dragons. This is a most excellent origin tale. Bauer excels in this genre.

Plus, we get to see the entire Offspring gang and then some.

There is lots of action. So much so that our couple battles exhaustion alongside evildoers from every quadrant. The graphics to match the enemies are fantastic.

I really enjoyed Gage. I was thinking that it is too bad that this is the last book when I read the end notes and there is another series! I cannot wait for Dragon Bound, the first in the “Angelbound: Dragon” series.
