Great resource in trying to understand our bodies and especially the various types of pain it can have and how to heal from that pain. Is very accessible to the average library patron.
This is a must-have resource to help one improve their health, resiliency, and live a more full and happy life. It is full of great strategies, advice, and easy to implement ideas.
