The book recalls 25 lessons that the author has learnt about empowering others into leadership roles. His book speaks from his personal experiences of what worked for him and his organisation.
Broken into 5 major themes (Vision, Culture Values, Authenticity, Transparency, and Gratitude). It contains a blend of personal stories and teaching.
It is a useful tool for organisational leaders that are struggling to move their organisation forward and suspect that as the senior lead, they may be the issue, particularly with micromanaging the operation.
