Straight forward and approachable discussion of DEI that has learnings to share with everyone, regardless of where they are in their DEI journey. I loved the visual graphic summaries at the end of each chapter to help reinforce the topics covered.

Inclusion Uncomplicated is an excellent book covering diversity, equity, and inclusion. DEI goes beyond simple understandings of the topics. It delivers clear and consistent explanations so managers can create a more inclusive and equitable environment for everyone, This is a must read.

I requested this one as, for work, I work in the DEIA space and was excited to see this title as an option to also use my love of reading in my free time as something to also further my work life and to read something from an expert on DEI.

I really loved the discussion on what DEI is for all the readers that don’t yet have that background and to refresh my own understanding by hearing it from another source.

I will definitely be taking nuggets from this into my work as we try to expand DEIA efforts from being performative to actionable and real.

Appreciated the opportunity to review Inclusion Uncomplicated by Dr. Nika White. Have and will continue to consume as much information as practicable with respect to inclusion; DEIB work, indubitably, is important for all people to actively engage.

Dr. White’s book was accessible and imparted some helpful information and perspectives. There were certain points Dr. White made that were unique in comparison with other DEI literature I’ve previously read, which gave pause and invited reflection.

I appreciated this version vastly more than the audiobook which I struggled with due to the narration. Thank you to NetGalley, Forbes Books, and the author for the opportunity to review this ARC.
