Whitney Breer is the CEO of Lebenskunst, a management consulting firm whose core team specializes in leadership development, change management and personal resilience. As a coach, trainer and motivational keynote speaker, Breer has been sharing her knowledge for over 25 years.

Breer was born and raised in Florida and has since lived and worked abroad for the past 25 years. After stints in Japan, the Middle East and Cyprus, she settled down in Germany. She is fluent in English and German and has worked in more than 20 countries with roughly 100,000 participants and clients.

Breer has a bachelor’s of science degree from North Carolina State University, a master of arts in human resource development from the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany, masters of arts in English and Adult Education from Old Dominion University and a master of arts in human development from Fielding Graduate University. She is currently working on her Ph.D. and dissertation in human development at Fielding Graduate University.

She is a certified business coach, certified trainer for Change Management and Insights Discovery and certified stress and resiliency coach. Breer has conducted multiple studies in positive psychology and is certified in Emotional Intelligence Tools (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360). Her clients include Bayer, Unilever, Lufthansa, Rotary Club Wall Street, KPMG and more.
