This author is always delivering. And now that I know this was her debut book .. wow. I loved the characters and how intimate as a reader I felt in their story.

Like the other Kennedy Ryan books I've read, this was emotionally charged and it tugged at uncomfortable feelings but it was completely hard to put down. These characters were special and I can't wait to continue the series.

I am usually not one for soul mate situations or emotional cheating etc as is a bit the case here but it was impossible not to root for these two!

This book won't be for everyone and I imagine she has come a long way as an author but the bare bones are still there and I definitely feel urged to try more of her backlist.

Kennedy Ryan is one of my favorite authors so I was SO excited to get approved for this ARC! Her writing is just beautiful and this book was no exception. Kerris and Walsh's connection was unbelievable and loved the depth of their characters. The love triangle is sometimes difficult for me to process but this was done in a raw and vast way. Thank you for the ARC and love the beautiful new cover!
