Description
What if you are the only person you know who survived the worst pandemic ever?
The apocalyptic plague has killed 90% of the world’s population. Conrad Colby is an unremarkable young man from Tres Robles, California. He’s used to letting others make decisions for him and avoids conflict and adventure. So, what does he do?
He conquers his fear and travels a thousand miles across lifeless deserts and inhospitable mountains to Tin Cup, Colorado. Companions join his quest across this devastated, dangerous post-apocalyptic world.
They encounter bandit bikers, religious wackos, small-time dictators, murderous gangs out for their blood, deteriorating infrastructure, sandstorms, rattlesnakes, hunger, thirst and other dangers they never dreamed of. Only to find Tin Cup is not the haven they expected.
How do they cope?
With courage, ingenuity, luck, gonzo schemes, humor and by just…
making the most of it.
This science fiction novel is part of a series that grew out of the novelette, “Tin Cup,” but it is a stand-alone novel.
Advance Praise
I really enjoyed the journey with the two main characters, then adding two more to the mix. It shows how much strength and integrity you need to have after a pandemic, then traveling through hostile territory, almost getting killed by gangster groups only to come out smelling like roses, and bringing a new generation in a little town. I gave this 5 stars and recommend everyone read this especially since we almost went through the same thing.

Wow, this book was intense and a fun one! I haven’t read any post apocolyptic type stories yet and this one has convinced me that I need to!
5* read for me. Could not put it down! Gave very strong vibes of Cormac Mccarthy's 'The Road' meets Back To The Future with Doc, Con and the buggy reminding me very much of Doc Brown and Marty Mcfly. Pacing was brilliant. Characters and their development was fantastic. I loved the overall vibes of this read and the overall storyline. Read very quickly in less than 24 hours and was itching to get back to it everytime I had to put it down.
