What's Body Image? is a very thorough book but presents its information in little bites. I appreciated the book's discussion of diet culture and how it is all to make money!

This book was great and covers body image in a really good way.
The book has the details in bitesize sections or chunks and it does have quite a bit of information in it. It has a positive message that we are all different, and the differences should be embraced.
It is 4 stars from me for this one - highly recommended!
