This was such a well thought out book and a pleasure to read. The issue of ageing can be a hot-button and emotional issue but this book really helps to reassure the reader that with some simple steps, education and diligence, everyone can look their best at any age. Direct, specific and knowledgeable, Shino ensures the reader is well equipped with information on brands, procedures and tips and tricks that will make a difference. Simply wonderful!

Dr. Aguilera's book is a comprehensive, concise and accessible book on how to have better skin. His detailed explanations of different methods and procedures for creating and establishing beautiful skin, whether through diet, surgery or other treatments is excellent for anyone looking to have better skin, and is one book anyone considering cosmetic treatments should read.
The book is well written and very approachable. Dr. Aguilera does give the best advice about positive and beautiful on the inside. Great book!
