On the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, a group of young men who call themselves the Hammerhead Gang create the Shark List, a file of people who commit civil wrong doings and sometimes criminal acts. Their motive? To seek punishment for these unruly citizens. Typically, punishment is either humorous or embarrassing for the perpetrators. However, when the Hammerhead Gang discovers a serial killer in their midst, they decide to stop him. Prior to turning evidence over to the police, they plan a heist to steal the killer's wealth.
