A big, big thank you to Janna Steagall, Familius, and NetGalley for the opportunity to check out a digital version of Baby Sees Things That Go (Board Book). I will share my review to Amazon, Goodreads, and Barnes & Noble upon release. This is a very cute high contrast black and white board book for infants/newborns, babies, and toddlers. The pictures show different forms of transportation and methods of travel, like a train, helicopter, etc. Babies will be super intrigued by the high contrast art and be drawn to the strong, bold lines. The pictures will definitely be a great starting point for fun discussions about things that go with a little one. This would make for a great gift for baby shower or early gift for a child. It would make a great addition to their toys and bookshelf. And as they grow older, the vocabulary they can learn by identifying the pictures and words will be helpful. I will definitely look for this book when I'm buying gifts in the future for friends or family who are welcoming a child into the world. Thanks again!

This is perfect. The art for this is great and I like that it still uses words that can be read to the baby. I would've bought this for my kiddo when he was born for sure.

Recommended for ages: 0 to 1
My newborn LOVED this book, especially the motorcycle and rocket page (I think it was the flag patterns)—which is to say she stared at it for a long time—which is to say there is no greater compliment for a book aimed at readers of this age.
Baby Sees Things That Go will be published June 3, 2025.
Thank you to NetGalley, Familius, and Janna Steagall for this free, advance copy in exchange for an honest review.

Was a super cute little children’s book. 🥰 I have two daughters with autism and one-year-old son who has a high likelihood of also having it. He hasn’t shown too much interest in books yet other than to play bang bang with them or to try and rip the pages. Having a digital copy was a lovely compromise. He was quite fascinated with the colour contrast and seemed to really enjoy it. All of my kiddos so far seem to have a shortish attention span which will hopefully grow with age. AsI love to read I do my best to share my love of reading with them from a young age, and being a stay at home mom who homeschools life can sometimes be hectic. This was a lovely short little read that was both time efficient for me and enjoyable. 5✨.

Baby Sees Things That Go, written by Janna Steagall, is a great short board book, perfect for the littlest readers! I loved the simple text and images, and feel that this could be calming for children. Also love that it will be published as a board book, and that it can handle being held by young readers. I can definitely see this being a favorite! Thank you to NetGalley and to the author and publisher of this book for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
