I have read many books on this topic, but recently, maybe because of the Steve Jobs: influence, they spend a lot of time in vision and love what you do and that kind of stuff.
This books is really a hands on on the subject.
I really enjoyed the part of recruting. It made me think about of myself. Would I hire me ?
