Description

In The Leaderful Fieldbook, author Joe Raelin asserts that everyone is capable of participating in leadership, not just sequentially, but collectively and concurrently-that is, all together and at the same time. Whereas Raelin's earlier works discussed the theory behind "leaderful organizations," The Leaderful Fieldbook serves as a practical guide to apply change strategies at five levels: individual and interpersonal, team, organization and network, each with its corresponding change agent (coach, facilitator, OD consultant, weaver).

"This book will be actively used by practitioners, consultants, executives, students and managers from organizations of all sizes and geographies for many years to come." -Louis Carter, founder and CEO, Best Practice Institute
