Born in Kenya, of Portuguese-Goan descent, and now based in London, she draws inspiration from her multicultural background and studies in Latin and Ancient Greek. A lifelong romantic, Roxy grew up devouring everything from the Brontës and Jane Austen to Mills & Boon, often reading by torchlight after bedtime.
