A Gentleman's Kiss Romance Collection

This is a collection of nine novellas where a single kiss seals the deal between a single man and a single woman, written by nine incredible authors. As I was reading through the stories, I kept finding that I liked each one better than the previous one, with a couple of exceptions. 

The problem with these collections is that there isn't space enough to give the characters the depth they need to make a good story, but these authors seem to make it work within the constraints. There are a couple of novellas out of sequence in the galley I read, but for the most part, all nine stories stand alone. I feel that some of them have been previously published in other collections, but what caused the them to make the cut in this collection is the fact of a mind-bending kiss between the protagonists. The settings vary from story to story but adds to the spice of the whole anthology. Two of the stories revolve around music, several of them revolve around former loves moving back home, but all of them revolve around Jesus Christ. One, in fact, uses the story as a tool to point out the gospel in such a way that every reader MUST make a decision for or against Jesus.

A Gentleman's Kiss (Romance Collection) is a must read for all Christians! Nine incredible tales that revolve around  Christianity and a single kiss between each man and woman. Each story's setting is better than the one before it. I couldn't get enough of these wonderful romantic stories by these talented writers. The stories may be short but their meanings and the way the characters go about their love in our modern world is amazing. Just when one expected chivalry to be dead, it isn't. It couldn't be more alive nor more strong than inside each these specially written pieces.  With gentle nudges, vacation time and music it is hard to resist reading this brilliant collection. I definitely enjoyed reading this and look forward to more Christian collections similar to this by these writers. One gentleman's kiss and the world is buzzing alive. Energetic, fun, and steamy in all the right ways. I would highly recommend readers all over to read A Gentleman's Kiss. A perfect read for all. I rate it a five out of five stars.

1.  Great Expectations... by Ginny Aiken

     What an apology from Rissa to Jase.   Will he except it?
     What was up that Rissa forgets her birthday?
     What was the mystery of the two dogs that had been stolen?

2. Mattie Meets Her Match   by Kristin Billerbeck

    Will Mattie and Jeff get together after ten years has gone by and he has moved      back  to Heaven,  Arizona?
    What's up with Jeff's sister...Joan and his nephew Kenny?

3.  Harmonized Hearts  by Lynn A. Coleman     What happens when Tyrone and Cassandra first meet?

4.  Spring In Paris   by Peggy Darty  

     What happens after Melanie Roberts [from Ohio] meets Dave Browning [Atlanta] in Paris?
     Why had Melanie come to Paris?
      I love this quote:  "Because of my grandmother."  she answered.  "I'm seeing Seine by moonlight  for her."

5.  The Garden Plot  by Rebecca Germany

      What will happen after Debby's grandmother gets her involved with Scott who was their next  door neighbor by planting a garden that he  thought to be on his property?

6.  Mix and Match  by Bev Huston

     What will happen when Melissa finds out she has gone out with the wrong guy Jeff [computer guy or was it Superman]her grandma had set her up with?
      Who had Melissa lost that she was so sad about?
      What became of  that blind date with Pastor Greg?[Wrong Blind Date Guy[
      Why had Melissa thought that God had let her down?
      What did the song..'Seize the Day' mean to Melissa?
      Who had only called Melissa... Mel and now who was calling her that?

7.  Name That Tune  by Yvonne Lehman

      What will happen when Ava and Georgio meet for the first time at her parents Alono's restaurant?
       Who was Jack Darren?
       Who will win Ava's heart?

8.  Sudden Showers by Gail Sattle

     What happens when Sharmane is caught in a Shower and takes cover  under a tree and Alex comes to the her rescue?
      Why did Alex not want Sharmane to know who he  really was?
      Had Sharmane finally found Mr Right?

9.  Test of Time  by Pamela Kaye Tracy

      Rebecca Harper Payne[Ray now dead...was a gambler..had .lost home now moving to Iowa] ... with Hannah.... moving from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Creed, Iowa.  What will she find  back there...a place Rebecca thought she would never return?
      Who was this Mason Clark at her new school at Shiloh Christian College?

These were nine beautifully written Christian stories that were simply a wonderful novellas.   To get all of the questions answered above you will have to pick up this novel and get it from each author's presentation.    I found them all to be good reads.

A Gentleman's Kiss Romance Collection Today it is trully hard to find a guy who will court a girl  with respect and a flair like in the old times and we girls keep on daydreaming that there will be that one exception for us personally. These nine novellas reinhance our dreams of a perfect date. Even though they come from different worlds- occupations and places, these nine girls experience the same magnificent magic of true love! Even though, I have already read Mattie Meets Her Match by Kristin Billerbeck, I really enjoyed these exciting short stories.

Do you enjoy reading contemporary romances? And do you wish there were more clean romances? This is the book for you OR these NINE stories are for you.  I enjoyed MATTIE METS HER MATCH. Mattie and Jeff hit it off in high school but unknown reasoning kept them apart. Now Jeff is back in town and still in love with Mattie. This is a sweet story.  Each story is unique and fun to read.
