I loved this book. I am constantly jumping from one job to another. Not really digging dipper or taking time for myself. I learned lots of great tips for myself but share with people at work as well. There are so many great tips in this book, and highlighted a good amount. I also enjoyed the discussion questions at the end.

Are You Fully Charged? is quite an interesting books on 3 key areas you can work on to improve your level of energy in life. Each one of those area is full of surprise and learning, everything backed by scientific & proven studies.

I was really surprised by some learning of this book, most of them makes really sense, some are new learning I didn't know. Most of them learned me how to better act today to improve my general life. I've started to apply several principles contained in the book and already feel much better, I'm in fact really surprised by the influence of those advices.

Lots of personal development books aimed to complex techniques, this one is simple, straightforward and full of learnings. So if you're searching for a way to improve your life and overall level of energy, give it a try ;)

Tom Rath writes with a simple, friendly clarity, bringing together plenty of data from recent research and his own experiences to produce actionable insights for readers.

In this case, we learn the three keys to feeling fully charged and approaching our day at maximum productivity. The previous title Eat, Move, Sleep is referenced here, but in addition to physical wellbeing, there are some other surprising factors that provide the key to a good life.

It's a pleasant, easy read, but it'll keep you thinking long after you've finished.
