A fun addition to a yoga lover's book collection. The poses in this volume will be familiar to most yogis but have been adapted to the bar or party environment. The images are well thought in that they demonstrate the poses with and without the bar stool which benefits the reader that might not be familiar with a specific pose.

This book is a lot of fun. I think it may make yoga more accessible to a different kind of audience. The book shows a lot of moves that don't neccessarily have to be done in a bar, of course. You can do the yoga anywhere. But it makes for a fun and different book with this unique take on yoga.
