"This was by far HONESTLY the most beautiful, heart-wrenching and sweetest books I have ever read! I couldn't put it down and even though I have finished reading it, I know it is one of those books that will stay with me forever! "
"This book…OMG…I feel like I totally had my heart ripped out of my chest, stomped on and shoved back in."
"This story crawled inside me, split my heart open, and laid it bare for the entire world to see. I have discovered aspects of my own personal journey of grief throughout these pages, and it really made everything burst to life before my eyes. I wasn't just deeply touched by this soul searing experience; my heart was broken and then surprisingly nurtured and tended back to life."
"WOW. There are hardly words to describe what a beautiful and breath-taking story this is. I feel so honored to have gotten the chance to be a part of Abby and Sage's lives. The vulnerability and raw emotion in this book is thick enough to swallow. Get you tissues ready, friends, because you will definitely be getting a case of the feels in this book!"
"What a beautiful story, not just about love but about human emotions and the human journey."

I would have given it four stars, but it ended abruptly. Then there was a note that their story would continue in a later book. I prefer to have the entire story in one book.

I would recommend this book for readers who like bittersweet love stories.

A bittersweet story! I figured out Sage's story early on but it didn't diminish my enjoyment of the book. I was thrown off by the ending and then found out the story continues. I can't wait to read the next chapter in their journey.

When abby’s world crumbles all around her she flees all the way to Australia. She is in a very fragile state of mind and emotions. She meets a farm boy, Sage. She doesn’t discuss her past or why she is where she is now. She is just looking for something to take her mind off things back home. Once she starts to feel emotions again Sage starts to shut down. See Sage has a secret and when Abby finds out she has to come to aa decision. This was one of those that makes your heart hurt literally. You don’t find out what really happen to about till about half way through the book. Then everything starts to lock into place. Warning CLIFFHANGER ahhh why!? Beautiful book can’t wait for the sequel.

A tremendous story between Abby and Sage one who was running away from their past and the other running from their future. These two amazing people will have to deal with loss, healing, pain, love, tears, confusion, and learning to live in the present. Anna Kyss has written a must read series and I can't wait to continue it.

Wander and Roam - 4.5 stars

Wander and Roam tackles, with care, the difficult subject of cancer. The author's approach provides a different perspective, which I appreciated. For most of the book, I enjoyed the story, but didn't get the heart-wrenching that other reviews mentioned. And then Susan hosted a farewell dinner and said her peace. Then, I cried.

This isn't a warm and fuzzy book, but there is a lot of warmth and, surprisingly, hope.

I recommend it!.

This looks to be the start of an incredible series. I have to admit, it annoyed me a bit at first, because Sage's 'thing' was so obvious to me. But as I continued reading, I put that aside and became entrenched in the fledgeling love between Abby and Sage, and in Abby's healing and growth.

The fact that it's set in Australia is a huge plus for me - not because the book makes a big thing of it, or because it's particularly integral to the story, but for the same reason I always like books with a different or challenging setting - it adds another level of interest, and it shows the characters in a different light than if they were just at home/college/work.

I didn't realise when I started reading that this was part of a series, but when I got to the end and discovered it didn't end as such, it didn't annoy me one bit. Kyss has finished this part of the story in the perfect way, and everything about it makes sense to me. I can't wait to read the rest of the series now.
