As a dedicated pet parent and as an animal rescue volunteer I cannot express how much I both love and cherished this collection of stories that involved the joys that our animal companions bring to our lives.

For the first time I feel like an author has finally captured the true nature of animal bonds with their humans. This story made me laugh, weep and certainly warmed my soul as well as my heart. Each story is about an individual animal that has brightened the lives of someone that they have touched. I felt a true connection to this book unlike any other as I felt the similar bond when I first adopted my dog Max, nearly eleven-years-ago and it was amazing to relate to the author who felt just as I still do whenever I look at Max to this day-joy, happiness and so much love.

From the time that I was child to now someone in their twenties I was raised around a large number of animals from horses to cows to dogs to cats. If I wasn't around the barn or chasing after the dogs as we played fetch on a hot, summer's day I wasn't happy. This book captured the magic of such bonds in such a beautiful and heart-wrenching way that I can never forget.

Whether or not you consider yourself an animal lover or perhaps you just have a place reserved in your heart for that special animal, Faithfully Yours will remind you of just how much an animal can change our lives for the better as well as soulfully reminding us of that special, unconditional love that will last a lifetime through the gentle wags of a tail.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book was original in that I have never read a book about the relationships between animals and humans. Or, between the animal kingdom. And, this book was simply beautiful. The prose was very engaging.
I really enjoyed every single story. It was nice, because you could choose to read a small chapter each night...but, I read it fast because I did not want to put it down. I loved reading about all of the bonds, it was very captivating.
When I finished reading it, I put the book down and went to spend time with my beloved dog and cats. Our bond is amazing, and this story was a beautiful reminder!
And, started a list of who to buy this book for!

I loved the poetry, and the prayers and bible verses woven in to this book. If anyone has a pet, or has ever had one...READ THIS!

This book is also a great gift for any of the animal lovers in your life.
