Salina Yoon knows how to set up silly situations with a satisfying ending, perfect for young readers. I know my son, in 1st grade, will enjoy reading this book, and while the dialogue consists of short phrases, the vocabulary and humor are at or above his level. This will offer a satisfying challenge to his reading comprehension. For anyone who enjoys Elephant and Piggy books, this is a great option to read about two friends and their comedic adventures.

We love Kat and Mouse books! Kat and Mouse both have very different ideas of what kind of activities a sleepover should have. While they start out not wanting to participate in each others ideas, in the end, they combine ideas and have a great time. This was a great lesson on compromising.

Lovely. The illustrations match the tone of the story. I thought this was very entertaining. Children will love this. I highly recommend it for school libraries.
