A warm, heartfelt romance with charming characters. An emotional journey that’s easy to sink into, with just enough tension to keep you turning pages. A lovely, uplifting read.

Ship of Dreams is an engrossing, emotionally rich reimagining of the Titanic story that focuses less on the mechanics of the disaster and more on the women whose lives are forever altered by that “unsinkable” voyage. Donna Jones Alward centers best friends Hannah Martin and Louisa Phillips, both boarding in first class but carrying very different burdens—Hannah desperate to mend a marriage hollowed out by grief and hiding a secret that could upend everything, Louisa fleeing a loveless match and risking the bond she treasures most as she reaches for a future on her own terms. The novel shines in its intimate character work and meticulous period detail: from the opulent decks and dining rooms to the suffrage-era tensions and quiet acts of defiance, you feel the glamour and the constraints closing in at the same time, with the iceberg we all know is coming adding a low thrum of dread beneath every scene. It’s not quite a five-star read for me only because some of the emotional beats around secrets and forgiveness follow familiar historical-fiction patterns, but overall it’s a heartfelt, beautifully researched tale of friendship, love, and survival that brings fresh poignancy to one of history’s most told tragedies.

I think I have read everything connected with the Titanic, fiction and non-fiction. I have visited every Titanic site. I am especially drawn to Halifax and the cemetery where many victims are buried. So, this book fits very well into my Titanic obsession.
This is the story narrated by 2 friends, Louisa and Hannah, passengers on the infamous voyage. Their stories are compelling and interesting. The author has placed the women amid many of the real people on the voyage. Devotees like me recognize characters like Margaret Brown, the Fortune family and the Astors. The background of the ship is meticulously woven into the story. Additionally, the social norms of the period help shape the lives of Lou and Hannah.
Their story is one of love, marriage and pregnancy. All of these events take place within the few days that the Titanic sailed.
The story takes the women, with other survivors, to NYC and ultimately to Halifax where so many were buried. I found this a beautiful story enfolded in the horror of the ill—fated voyage.
Thank you Netgalley for allowing me to read and review another tale of those o the Titanic.
A heartbreaking story of the Titanic. It touches on so many lives and their stories after the sinking. A wonderful story of friendship. A must read.
An absolutely beautiful novel of strong and true friendship that survives love, heartache, tragedy, death, life, and distance.
Hannah and Louise are lifelong friends who embark on the Titanic with two different missions. Hannah, the dutiful and loyal wife, is desperate to repair her marriage that has fallen into a stalemate after a tragedy - and she believes the romantic setting of their first class trip is just the place to do it. Louise, the rebellious and risk-taking single woman, is desperate to escape England and the arranged marriage awaiting her.
Both Hannah and Louise experience many hiccups in their plans while on the Titanic’s maiden voyage - and find their lives upended after the tragic sinking.
It was a beautiful novel that shows the resilience of women, through love and triumph, and shows the bond between two friends is never easily broken.

In this complex new historical fiction novel set on the Titanic, readers follow Hannah Martin, struggling with her marriage and keeping a big secret from her husband, and Louisa Phillips, a determined young woman unwilling to accept a passionless marriage and the risks that come with this decision. When the Titanic hits that fateful iceberg, everyone’s lives change, and Hannah and Lou must choose what dreams are worth saving and the costs that they are willing to pay in their post-Titanic lives. The two characters are well-written and packed with detail, and their various struggles and backstories are emblematic of the period. The differences between their storylines set them apart, and readers will really empathize with their respective challenges. The Titanic setting creates some great proximity and an element of risk in the narrative, and the emphasis on how their lives change after the shipwreck adds some excitement and mystery to the book that readers will enjoy. The background characters and Hannah and Lou’s various relationships add depth to the novel and to their personal stories in ways which will pull readers into the book. Well-written and packed with fascinating historical details, readers will love this complex, entertaining, and emotional new historical fiction novel set on the Titanic.
Wow, I enjoyed this one way more than I thought. It’s interesting reading a historical fiction book like this one where you know how it will end for some of the characters. I thought it would make the book less interesting but as I fell in love with the characters and their complex relationships, it made it all the more tragic and beautiful. Characters were great and emotions were high.
This is a beautifully written story about the Titanic, featuring two women who have become dear friends. Hannah Martin is sailing with her husband Charles and is hoping to strengthen their marriage during the time on board together while also revealing a secret that she has been keeping. Her friend Louisa is a slightly wilder single woman who encourages Hannah in her life, and also has some secrets of her own.
The women are greatly enjoying their time on the ship, exploring their exquisite surroundings and meeting people of high social status. Ultimately, disaster strikes, and the women are among the first ushered to lifeboats. Deep emotions are felt as life changes forever. This is a story of friendship and love and tenacity.

Ship of Dreams is a story of friendship. It's a great read and I recommend it if you enjoy historical fiction or just great stories in general.
Tatyana S, Reviewer
I truly enjoyed this book from the very beginning. It is easy to read and immediately draws you in, making it hard to put down. The story unfolds smoothly and includes an unexpected twist in the middle that adds depth and keeps the reader engaged.
The only reason I am giving this novel four stars instead of five is the ending. I found it disappointing, as the author introduces yet another tragedy. While I understand this may have been intended to emphasize that life is often filled with hardship and loss, the additional tragic element felt unnecessary to me. Rather than strengthening the message, it overshadowed the core idea of the story and diminished the emotional impact of everything that came before it.
Despite this, I would still recommend it to readers who appreciate thoughtful historical fiction with emotional complexity.

While I found the pace of this book a little slow, I think it worked. It was an escape into a different world. If you like historical fiction and friendship books, pick this one up. Lots of emotional scenes.
Despite knowing how this one would most likely end, I found myself really invested in the characters and their future happiness. The research into the Titanic made the setting incredibly interesting. A really fun Titanic story.
This historical fiction following two best friends aboard the Titanic was extremely intriguing and heartfelt. I could not put this book down, and I blew through it. You kind of understand how the story ends... but the journey to get there puts it into perspective that these were just people living out their lives, no matter how messy it was.
A very fine piece of historical fiction focused on friendship.
Hannah and Louise are devoted friends. One is married and seeking to improve her relationship with her husband; the other is fleeing from an arranged marriage. Both are on board the Titanic. As the days tick down to the fateful meeting with an iceberg, we are treated to some moving moments between Hannah and Charles as they finally open up to talk about their estrangement. Louse engages in a relationship with a fine gentleman but is embarrassed when Hannah learns her “secret.” Through it all the two remain close and their friendship is preserved.
The author has created two likable characters. We are pulled into their stories and have compassion for them both. We grieve with them; we rejoice with them. That’s not always possible in some books.
I’d like to thank NetGalley and Harper 360 for allowing me to read this ARC.

This was the Titanic story that I did not know I needed. I know you are thinking, the ship sinks what more is there to say, but this book found a way to incorporate the tragedy into a story of relationships and strong women. It is full of Interesting, independent women who find friendship, community, and inspiration that carries them from the luxury of the Titanic to surviving the aftermath. At its heart it is a story of friendships, dreams, love, and resilience.
The main characters, Hannah and Lou, are fictional but the rest of the women are actual passengers on the Titanic. Hannah and Lou are best friends but are on the ship for different reasons. Hannah is trying to save her marriage while Lou is trying to find her way to an independent life. Both board the Titanic with dreams of their future and never imagined the love and loss the journey would yield. They are characters that I identified with and my heart ached and tears were shed as I watched them find and lose the love of their lives and almost lose their friendship too. The women they encountered on the Titanic, Margret Brown, Renee Harris, and Helen Churchill Candee provided inspiration and support for Hannah and Lou. I enjoyed picturing these real life women with Hannah and Lou. While I went in knowing that tragedy was inevitable it is the relationships and love that I took from this book.
I recommend this to readers that enjoy stories about friendships that endure.
Two women, one legendary voyage and a fate we all know is coming.🚢💔
Ship of Dreams by Donna Jones Alward was an emotional, character-driven story that completely pulled me under. Set aboard the ill-fated RMS Titanic, this book blends love, secrets, and second chances in a way that feels both intimate and devastating.
Hannah and Louisa couldn’t be more different, but I loved how their stories intertwined against the backdrop of luxury and looming tragedy. Hannah’s quiet desperation to save her marriage hit hard, while Louisa’s bold fight for independence made me root for her from the very beginning. Knowing what’s coming makes every hopeful moment feel heavier and trust me, the emotional payoff hurts in the best way.
The writing is vivid and atmospheric, making me feel like I was walking the grand halls of the Titanic one minute and bracing against the icy chaos the next. If you love historical fiction, Titanic retellings, and stories about women choosing their own futures, this one absolutely delivers.
✨Overall, this was a heartfelt, bittersweet read about love, resilience, and the dreams we hold onto even when everything is falling apart.

Like any good millennial, I went through a full Titanic phase and I never really left it. If it’s about the Titanic, I’m picking it up.
Going into Ship of Dreams, I knew not everyone would get a happily ever after but I still dove straight in.
This follows dual protagonists who share a long history but see the world very differently and I loved how distinct their perspectives felt. Both women are shaped and limited by society in their own ways and watching how they navigate those constraints was so powerful and emotional.
It definitely made me cry and I mean that as a sincere compliment.
If you’re drawn to Titanic stories or enjoy emotional historical fiction with strong character work, this is absolutely worth picking up.
More than a hundred years after its sinking, the Titanic still captures the world’s collective imaginations. Museums, exhibitions, virtual reality… and just three years ago, it killed a few more billionaires. With over three thousand people on board, there are lots of stories available for fiction and nonfiction writers alike. The latest to dip her pen in the Titanic ink is historical fiction author Donna Jones Alward. Her Ship of Dreams follows best friends Hannah and Louisa, whose bond is tested by their secrets, the tragedy, and what followed.
Hannah and Louisa are both rich women on the first class deck. Hannah is married to Charles, and desperate to reignite the flame of their marriage that died when Hannah birthed a stillborn baby. Louisa is desperate to avoid marriage to a bore that her father is insisting, threatening to cut her off financially if she doesn’t agree to the engagement. Both women are hiding secrets from each other.
The friendship is the heart and spine of the novel, and the women’s troubles could easily have been portrayed in other media about the time period, such as Downton Abbey. The iceberg collision and ship going down only take up about 15 percent of the book. While there are cameos of the famous people on the ship, there’s only one or two offhand mentions of the steerage passengers.
The ship sinks at the 75% mark. The action moves to New York and then Halifax, where survivors are given the opportunity to identify bodies salvaged from the wreckage. In all the Titanic media I’ve consumed, that was a detail I’d never come across before, and it was closure that added to the horror. Alward also reminds readers that for British passengers who survived the sinking, more horrors were on the way in the form of two world wars.
Ship of Dreams is a strong addition to Titanic fiction, and the women’s friendship and struggles for equality in the first part of the 20th century give it a timeless feel.
Also the idea of getting a bunch of billionaires on a boat and sinking it continues to have appeal.
I am so captivated, and of course horrified, by the Titanic so I couldn't wait to read this book.
It was everything I hoped for and more. It was utterly transportive and such an emotional read. It's absolutely everything I love about historical fiction. And more!
Aboard the Titanic, where opulence knows no bounds and the horizon seems limitless, two women fight for the futures they dream of, fraught with secrets that could change everything.
This story follows Hannah and Louisa. They are the best friends and so completely different. I enjoyed both of these characters because of their differences. Louisa is a bit of a firecracker, especially during this time period. She is determined to defy her parents and stay unmarried. Then there is Hannah. She is just a sweet woman that just wants to heal her marriage. When tragedy strikes, these two ladies depend more on each other than ever before.
I enjoyed so much of this book, the setting and the characters are woven so well together. I loved reading about the opulence of the Titanic. This story also included what the survivors had to deal with when they arrived in America. And it was not exactly what you would expect.
This is a story of friendship, love, and tragedy! And you do not want to miss it! Grab your copy today.
I received this novel from the publisher for a honest opinion.
I love a Titanic book, but they can sometimes be repetitive and predictable - this wasn't! I loved this unique take on a Titanic story where we really didn't focus on the sinking of the ship, but instead dove into a female friendship that was beautiful and complicated. I especially loved the epilogue and felt completely satisfied by the ending!
Aboard the Titanic, two women - one fighting to save her crumbling marriage, the other fleeing a future she refuses to accept - are forced to confront their deepest secrets and desires when disaster strikes, changing their lives forever.
I haven’t read any historical fiction set on the Titanic, but my mom loved Titanic history, so I picked this one up in her memory, and I know she would have loved buddy reading it with me. 💛😢
This story was beautifully written, with a slow, immersive build as we learn what brought Hannah and Louisa aboard the ship, followed by the heartbreak of the sinking and the emotional aftermath. I was equally invested in both of their journeys, each navigating their own struggles, and I especially loved how their relationship evolved throughout the story, both during and after the voyage.
The pre-sinking scenes were so vivid and atmospheric. I could picture the glamour of the dresses, the elegance of the social settings, and all the little details that brought the Titanic to life. I also loved how real historical figures were woven into the story, adding an extra layer of authenticity.
What stood out most was the loss each woman experienced and how it shaped the lives they chose afterward. Their grief, resilience, and the way they carried those experiences into their futures made their stories feel even more powerful and real.
The final chapter, told through letters between Hannah and Louisa, was incredibly moving and the perfect emotional conclusion. It honestly left me in tears.
It’s never easy to read, or review, a story centered around such a tragic event, but you can feel the care and research that went into every page. The author’s note made it even more impactful, offering a glimpse into the thoughtfulness behind the story.
Thank you to the author, Uplit Reads, and NetGalley for an advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

I found Ship of Dreams to be such a captivating story that is wonderfully told through the lives of Hannah and Louisa. As Hannah and Louisa board the Titanic and experience its magnificence, the reader can feel their excitement through the detailed descriptions Alward offers. This is truly a detail that stood out. The characters’ descriptions of what they are seeing and their reactions are written in such a way that the reader can easily visualize and understand their excitement for the adventure they are about to embark on, never realizing the fate that awaits them.
As Hannah and Louisa board the Titanic, they are filled with hope, but they also each have a life altering secret. Hannah is hoping the time she spends with her husband will help strengthen their relationship. Louisa hopes that the plan she has devised will help her gain a life as an independent woman. Their hopes and secrets enable the reader to see what women faced during this time in regards to how dependent they were on the men in their life, even when they desired equality and independence. The strength and independence shown by female characters was another aspect I really appreciated in this story.
Hannah and Louisa’s friendship is greatly tested as their secrets come to light and the hope they had days before becomes short lived. Their strength and loyalty to each other will be tested in an unimaginable way, and they will end up having to rely on each other more than ever before.
Ship of Dreams is a wonderfully written story that will take you on a voyage of friendship, love, loss, and resiliency. It will touch your heart and open your eyes to a time when industrial revolution was at the forefront of great minds. This is a must read for those who love historical fiction as well as those interested in learning more about the Titanic.
Thank you so much to UpLit Reads, One More Chapter, and NetGalley for the opportunity to read an advanced copy of Ship of Dreams.

1912; Hannah and Louisa are two young women and best friends who just boarded the biggest ship of that time period; the Titanic. Hannah is hoping her troubled marriage with her husband Charles, which got in trouble after her Charles was untrue to her, and after she got a miscarriage, will heal again. She hopefully can tell him she is expecting a baby again.
Louisa is a free spirited single women who is all into women's (voting) rights and is escaping her arranged marriage in England. On the Titanic, she meets the rich and handsome bachelor Reid and a romance starts between them. She meets the richest first class passengers like Margareth Brown. Things take a darker turn though when rumour spreads that expensive jewels from the first class passengers are missing. It seems someone opens the clasps of expensive necklaces and bracelets. Later on we learn this was the work of Louisa, who has no plan of what she will do when they arrive in New York, as she now escaped her marriage back in England that her father planned for her.
But all of a sudden everything falls apart when the Titanic hits the iceberg. On the deck of the ship, Hannah has to say farewell to Charles and Louisa to Reid, and both women do not know if the other survived until later on when they are reunited on the Carpathia. And they make plans for what to do after they arrive in New York..
I really liked the storyline of Ship of Dreams. During the progress of the story I started to like it more and more. The storyline is just fabulous, entertaining, and the end was without any loose ends. The characters are just as good as the storyline. You can totally picture Hanna and Louisa and the other characters on the Titanic in that specific time period. The part before the Titanic hits the iceberg is very movie like romantic and dramatic. I really liked all the first class things that where mentioned, the famous first class passengers that they've met and the storyline of the stolen jewels that popped up in the story all of a sudden. The part after that was, which was to be expected, very dramatic. As an expecting mother Hannah had to say farewell to her husband and Louisa to her love interest. Their time on the Carpathia was very moving, and the part after that too.
Overall, a very entertaining and captivating novel with interesting main and side characters that is a joy to read, recommended!

5/5 ⭐️ Ship of Dreams is an emotionally rich, immersive reimagining of the Titanic voyage that centers the women whose lives are changed by it.
Following best friends Hannah and Louisa aboard the ill-fated ship, the story focuses more on their personal struggles, secrets, and choices than the disaster itself, while still capturing the tension and inevitability of the voyage.
The character work and period detail are beautifully done, from the elegance of first class to the quiet pressures of the era, all unfolding against the looming fate of Titanic disaster.
A heartfelt, moving read about friendship, love, and survival that fully earns the 5 stars.

Ship of Dreams is set on the Titanic, but the story really follows the people on board rather than the disaster itself.
It centers on Hannah Martin and Louisa Phillips, two friends who are both trying to figure out what they want from their lives while everything around them is moving toward change.
Hannah is trying to hold her marriage together, even though it already feels like it’s slipping away—and she’s also carrying a secret that makes things even more complicated for her. Louisa, on the other hand, wants out of the life that’s been planned for her, especially the marriage she doesn’t want, and is trying to choose something different for herself.
What I liked most is how focused this is on the characters. You really get pulled into their relationships, their struggles, and the quiet tension building as the voyage continues.
The Titanic setting is vivid, but it never takes over the story. Instead, it slowly builds toward a heavier, more emotional tone as things start to change.
Overall, this was a really emotional, character-driven read. It’s more about people, choices, and relationships than the historical event itself, and that’s what made it stand out for me.

Hannah Martin and Louisa Phillips are best friends and are both aboard the Titanic for it's maiden voyage. They are first class passengers aboard the Ship Of Dreams and are both carrying secrets that could change everything. On the surface, the two characters are completely different - Hannah is more reserved while Louisa is known to be more outspoken - they have been nearly inseparable since they met in boarding school. Through the thick and thin, they have always been there for each other.
Although Hannah and Louisa are best friends, they are in two completely different points in their lives. Hannah is married but her marriage to Charles is under alot of strain. She's hoping that this journey across the ocean will help repair their relationship that has not been the same since they lost their baby. Honestly at first, the character of Charles really grated on my nerves but with time I began to understand why he had reacted the way that he did.
Meanwhile, Louisa is being threatened by her family that she will be cut off financially if she doesn't settle down and marry a man of their choosing. She has always been an independent woman who believes in equal rights for women and has been known to be part of a protest or two. She has never had the desire to be married. It is alright for other people like Hannah but not for her. She'd rather just flirt and have fun than settle down with someone. That is until she spends more time with Reid Grey, a previous acquaintance who she had met in London. She'd recently starting sharing flirtatious letters with him and told him that she would be on the maiden voyage of the Titanic. He was quick to join her and try and win her over as she had already won his heart. Louisa has alot on her mind and Reid really is an unexpected distraction.
I really liked Hannah and Louisa's friendship. They always try and support each other even if they don't fully agree. Louisa was there for Hannah when she lost the baby and has seen how her friend has struggled since. Hannah doesn't always understand Louisa's outspoken personality but she never shames her for it. She even defends herself against other like her more straight laced husband. Given the main setting of this book was the Titanic, I was a little nervous about what would happen to them, and glad they had each other.
I also really liked how Donna Jones Alward wrote about the Titanic. At times it really felt like I was aboard the ship and walking around it with these characters. I could envision the grand staircase and gushing about it's elegance and beauty with the others. I enjoyed the dynamic between Louisa and Reid - they were alot of fun together. And once the ship hit the iceberg, the writing really pulled at my heart knowing more than likely how the story would end. Overall, I really enjoyed Ship Of Dreams and the layers of humanity and resilience that came from its pages.
Rating: 4.5 Stars
There’s something about the story of the Titanic that always pulls me in—and Ship of Dreams by Donna Jones Alward absolutely delivered that emotional, haunting experience.
This was such a poignant mix of love, survival, and impossible choices. The historical detail felt so vivid, especially with the Nova Scotia ties, and I loved how the story wove together female friendships and found family in the middle of so much uncertainty. The relationships really grounded the story and made every moment hit harder.
There’s romance here too—tender, complicated, and with just a touch of spice (mostly fade-to-black). But what stood out most to me was the resilience of these characters and the layers of secrets and drama that kept unfolding. It’s the kind of story that lingers with you long after you turn the last page.
If you’re drawn to Titanic stories like I am, this one is a must-read. Emotional, captivating, and beautifully told. 💔🚢

I am clearly not the only one who has a fascination with Titanic 114 years after it tragically sunk. I continue to read both fiction and non-fiction about it and am always disappointed that it still sinks. So overwhelmingly sad. I’ve visited Titanic Museum in Belfast where it was built, Cobh in Ireland where the last passengers boarded, and Halifax where the recovered bodies are buried. I was pleased to read this book on the 114th anniversary of Titanic. I liked the characters of Hannah and Lou, Charles and Reid and their stories though fictional ring true.
🚢 Book Review 🚢- Ship of Dreams by Donna Jones Alward
This was a historical fiction book about the Titanic, specifically about two best friends that were taking the fated maiden voyage. Hannah, is married to Charles, is hoping that the trip will revive their failing marriage and Louisa, Lu, is hoping to flee from her parents and the traditional life that they want her to have with their selected husband for her. Lu has other ideas when she gets to New York.
I enjoyed this book and the great detail of the dress, food, and culture of the early 1900’s.
What happens on the Titanic will change their lives forever. While I thought I knew the ending of this novel, I enjoyed the ending of the book and how Donna Jones Alward closed the novel.
The 114th Anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic was just a week ago and this story honors the legacy of those who didn’t survive and the individuals that managed to persevere through their trauma and loss. If you are fascinated by the Titanic, you will enjoy this book!
Thank you to Uplit Reads, One More Chapter, and Donna Alward for an advance copy of this book for review.
Sometimes I wonder how the next generations will remember the disaster that was The Titanic. Books like this one carry the story forward, to guard against letting it slip into the sands of time.
Hannah is traveling aboard the Titanic with her husband, who must go to America for business. Their marriage is at a breaking point, and she has a secret to tell him if they are ever to repair. For bravery, she invites her best friend Louisa to join her, who will do almost anything to get out from underneath the control of her parents, who want her to marry someone she does not love. Louisa, recklessly, writes to a triste of hers that she will be aboard, and he surprises her once she boards.
Between the marital drama, and Louisa's reckless but passionate behavior, the early pages of this book are propelled with the need to know what happens next. But we all know what happens eventually in a story like this one.
While tragic, this is a story about survivorship, about confronting things even when they're hard. About acceptance, and being accepted. About the friendships that sustain us through the most difficult times of our lives. And about love, how it moves through us, and the scars it leaves behind.
I personally feel like the feminist angle was forced maybe a little too hard, though of course this was a major issue being examined at the time. At times it just felt forced, if you know what I mean.
Overall, though, this was an emotional book, and I really enjoyed reading it.
Note:: I received an early copy of this book from the publisher through netgalley in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
This was a wonderful read, i loved the setting, though tragic of course, but the story was very emotional and addictive.
The only thing thing it seemed a bit slow in the beginning, but later on it picked up and I liked the second half way more.

This is my 1st book by Donna Jones Alward and am off to find her other book to read.
The Ship of Dreams is based on the events of the Titanic through the eyes of Hannah Martin and Louise Phillips, best friends since boarding school. Interestingly, while quite different in their outlook about marriage, women's rights and roles, their friendship is deep and true.
Hannah is longing to reignite her marriage during the trip, and Louise's motive is slowly unveiled throughout the book. The author's research shines with descriptive writing that makes you see the glamour and glitz of the Titanic and its occupants and well as in the accuracy of the Titanic's final moments. She captures beautifully the culture of the time through the various characters and their viewpoints about women's rights, suffragettes, marriage and the various "classes" of people on the ship.
There is betrayal, romance, reconciliation and heartbreak going into the final events of the Titanic. Not many books write about the events on the Halifax and that was very interesting to read about. It is a clean read, romance is not overly done and the aftermath not graphic.
The ending did seem a bit rushed, the beginning a tad slow, the epilogue is well done and adds to the story.
I highly recommend this engaging and unique viewpoint of the Titanic that will keep readers engrossed despite knowing the historical event. You'll find yourself invested in Hannah and Louise's hopes and dreams, the depth and strength of their lifelong friendship endures despite their tragedy. A huge not of gratitude to publisher, One More Chapter and NetGalley for the ARC, it was a privilege and a pleasure to read. All opinions expressed are my own.
This was a beautifully written heartfelt story about love, grief, and friendship. The writing was so descriptive that I felt like I was there on the TItanic with the characters. Overall, I really enjoyed this book. If you watched the movie Titanic on repeat growing up, I think you'll enjoy this book.
