The Crucible Principle was a convicting book for me. As a dad and a business owner, this book spoke straight to the parts of my life where the pressure is high and priorities are imbalanced. Every leader needs to hear how the fire in our lives isn’t punishment—it’s refinement. Avoiding the fire and ignoring the truth won't get us anywhere.
