Ugh this is the epitome of everything I love! This did NOT disappoint!! I loved the dynamics between the main characters and found them extremely real!

This book is the perfect blend of sizzling chemistry, laugh-out-loud moments, and heartfelt growth. The banter crackles, the tension simmers, and the vibes are absolutely immaculate. Monica Murphy delivers a romance that’s sexy, funny, and surprisingly tender, making this one impossible to put down. A must-read that will leave you smiling long after the last page.

This was such a fun and fast read! It’s spicy with two characters that have fantastic chemistry. I always enjoy the grumpy sunshine trope and this one is a pure delight!

This was a fun, fast read with a premise that immediately pulled me in. I love a cowboy/firefighter romance, and the grumpy-sunshine dynamic worked well here. The writing is very readable, and I flew through this.
I’m a big fan of dual POV, and I enjoyed being in both characters’ heads—it made the relationship feel clear and grounded, even if I wished for a bit more emotional tension at times. While I didn’t feel deeply connected to every aspect of the characters, I still enjoyed their chemistry and the overall vibe of the story.
The ending wrapped things up neatly, and although it wasn’t a knock-me-off-my-feet kind of conclusion for me, it fit the tone of the book. Overall, this was an enjoyable, spicy romance that makes for a solid comfort read.
