I absolutely loved and adored this book. I'm a history major and I love love love historical romances. Especially ones that tie in Native American communities as well. However, I have learned over the years that it is hard to write that context without making one side"evil". DiAnn though wrote it absolutely beautiful. I loved it so so so much! Both stories were amazing and heartwarming and I am thankful I got to read them!

A wonderful historical novel. It's always interesting to read stories about the Native Americans during the Pioneer time. Kate's story was heartwarming.
