Description

They watch. They always watch.

Farrah’s life is destined for tragedy. As a one-eyed, magic-dealing pirate, she’s spent years sailing the seas, tempting the gods with her search for forbidden magic.

Now, she has angered the wrong god. And worse, the Ovators. Now, they’ve abducted her lover, Antorn, and taken him to the Panopticon — a ruthless underground prison confining the most treacherous pirates. Rumours cloud its inner workings. The truth lies somewhere between the myths and a deadly reality.

Farrah seeks to rescue Antorn, despite one unfortunate truth:

No one escapes the Panopticon.

To save Antorn, Farrah must traverse down seven levels of extraordinary magic, dangerous prisoners, hunger, thirst and desperate violence. All whilst the Ovator Guards watch. One myth rings true: light grey to dark orange — those are the colours of the Panopticon. The weak prisoners wear light grey, the dangerous wear dark orange. They all want her dead.

Farrah is running out of time. She must find Antorn before he reaches level one, before it’s too late. Before he reaches true immortal torture. She needs to find him so that she can kill him, for she’d rather they both be dead than what awaits him down at the bottom.

They watch. They always watch.

Farrah’s life is destined for tragedy. As a one-eyed, magic-dealing pirate, she’s spent years sailing the seas, tempting the gods with her search for forbidden magic.
