Caitlin Cherise does an amazing job in this stalker romantic comedy novel, it had that dark element that I was looking for and enjoyed getting to read this book. It had that overall story perfectly and the characters had that feel that I was looking for and were written well in this universe.

This book was amazing. Give me a hundred of them.
The dedication alone had me locked in. She’s the president’s daughter, he’s trying to stop a bill from going through, and somehow this turns into a dark stalker romantic comedy?? Unhinged. I ate it up.

The banter is so good, her inner thoughts had me laughing out loud, and the connection between them is delicious. You can feel the tension the entire time.

Strong FMC, high political stakes, chaotic energy — I did not want to put this book down.

Also the trigger menu at the end had me rolling. Please don’t lock her up 😂

Amazing!!! Don’t miss out I. This one. I could not put it down. This book kept me captivated from the first page to the last and then wanting more. It is the perfect blend of thriller and dark romance. I was fortunate to ARC read this book and am grateful I did. 6 stars from me!!!!! I can’t wait for the next one.

This is a fun new take on a dark stalker romance (it's not super dark, if you're concerned... yes, Tristan kidnaps Daphne & yes, he kills quite a few people, but it's not pyschologically dark, more just morally grey, IMO.)

I liked the book a lot more than I expected from the description (no offense, I'm just not a huge fan of political issues being the focus of a book). I found it to be fast paced & well written, with good plot twists, great characters, steamy moments & more.
