Description

In today’s fast-moving world, innovation isn’t optional, it’s survival. Yet time and again, industry leaders fall prey to the very systems that made them successful. Too Big to Innovate explores this paradox with clarity and insight, uncovering how organizational size, bureaucracy, shareholder pressure, and risk-aversion quietly erode a company’s ability to adapt and lead.

Drawing on compelling case studies and deep industry knowledge, this book offers a behind-the-scenes look at why bold ideas die in boardrooms and what companies must do to reignite innovation. Whether you’re a startup founder, corporate executive, or policy maker, this book will change how you think about scale, strategy, and staying relevant.

This book pulls you in immediately with its approach to stale and stagnant business approaches. It can often be frustrating to watch a company flounder as those in the organization with ideas are sidelined. This book delves into the specifics of why this occurs and how to remedy the situation. Although I wish the book a different examples for its case studies (many of them I was familiar with already) it had great methods for starting to create change and progress in the company structure. This is definitely the book to check out if you want clarity and direction on how to proceed for future growth.
