"DayBlack #4: Shot in the Ass" by Keef Cross is my first introduction to this series. I found it hilarious with really cool art.
The series takes place in DayBlack, Georgia and our main character for the series is a vampire named Merce. He takes a bit of a back seat this time around as there is a mysterious sniper running around. His victims are men wearing their pants too low, and in exchange, they get shot in the backside. I found this pretty hilarious, but you also found out the motive pf the "saggy sniper" and it's equally hilarious and tragic.
The art is just as cool as that cover is. It's not like many of the other graphic novels I read, and I grabbed a review copy based on the look of the cover. I'd be interested in reading more of this story.
I received a review copy of this comic book from Rosarium Publishing and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you for allowing me to review this comic book.
This one was one hell of a funny read.
You have a modern day stoner vampire and a nut job (or not so nuts) shooting people who wear their jeans below their ass. Don't worry he just shoots them in the ass, so the only hassle they endure is that they have to now buy a belt.
