Revenge Interrupted was intense, gripping, and packed with emotion from beginning to end. Shakir Rashaan created a story full of tension, layered characters, and twists that kept me fully invested the entire time. The pacing kept things moving without losing the emotional impact, and I found myself completely locked into the story. A powerful and entertaining read all around.

I have been in a conundrum for a couple weeks now, because although ive read and enjoyed this book, I've been having the hardest time putting my feelings into words . I'll just say this. This was a damn good book. A couple of the characters I did give the side eye, but that didn't last long. There were so many surprises, as well as twists and turns, at times, it made my head spin (and that is not an easy feat). Not only could I see this as a movie, it feels like this could become a series (no pressure, I promise). There was one of my favorite songs from thr 90's that kept repeating in my head as I was reading (IYKYK), and thankfully it dont have that issue in real life (but I will be side eyeing anyone that tries to come close from now on). I am excitedly anticipating the author's next book
