No aparece… Layla necesita respuestas, necesita entender.

A little girl can't find her homeland on a map. Where is Palestine? It's nowhere to be seen… Layla needs answers, she needs to understand. So she asks her family.
Layla and her classmates have been tasked with finding their families' countries of origin on a map. But no matter how hard she looks, Layla can't find Palestine. Can a place exist if it's not on a map? Confused, she turns to her family for answers. Her grandfather, grandmother, and mother show her her homeland from a different perspective, and each story helps her understand the history of her people and her own place in the world.
A story about family, resilience, and home that is always present in one’s heart.

When I first saw this, I thought it would be a great opportunity to practice my Spanish but it became an emotional experience. I truly recommend this to everyone because of how important this is for children to learn. Always remember that children are smarter than we think and we have to educate them as early as possible!! A sweet read that made me teary-eyed.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for the ARC!
